Wiffle Ball Tournament
2022 Annual Wiffle Ball Tournament
Come join us on August 7, 2022 at JoAnn Eckmann Park in Libertyville for our next Wiffle Ball Tournament! We will have 6 divisions, with 8 teams in each division:
- Elementary (Grades 1-4) CLOSED
- Middle School (Grades 5-6) CLOSED
- Junior High (Grades 7-8) CLOSED
- High School (Grades 9-12) CLOSED
- Adult (Age 18 and Up) CLOSED
- Family (All Ages Welcome!) CLOSED
We have a new division this year for Families. We envision this will consist of teams made up of one or more families with players of all ages (even the little ones!). Don’t worry, you won’t be limited to players just from your own family – fill your roster with another family or two and/or friends. It’s all about having fun!
Registration will open on May 1, 2022. Early bird registration is from May 1 through May 31, and the fee is $200. After May 31, the registration fee is $250. To register, click on your desired division above.
NOTE: Registration will close on July 24, 2022, no exceptions! We need time to get t-shirts made for all players. So be sure you are registered by then, and have your roster completed with t-shirt sizes for all players.
Click here if you need to update your roster after your initial registration (log in as a Coach).
Want to see who’s already registered? Check out the current list of teams on the Leader Board.
About a week prior to the tournament, you can check the Event Schedule for the time your team will be playing its first game, so you can arrive in plenty of time to check in and pick up your team’s t-shirts and swag bags. You can also check out your division’s brackets here, after registration is closed and the brackets have been created.
Please review our Tournament Rules before you arrive.
Finally, every player will need to bring a signed Waiver the day of the event. We will email a copy of the Waiver to team captains to distribute to their players. We will also have blank forms available at the registration tables.
Parking at Jo Ann Eckmann Park is limited; please try to carpool as much as possible. Park on the street (without blocking traffic) or in driveways marked with balloons on their mailboxes.
Home Run Derby
Don’t forget about the competition to qualify your team for the Home Run Derby. The team in each division which raises the most money will compete in the Home Run Derby. The winner of the Home Run Derby in each division will win a fabulous prize! This year, the prizes are Yeti cups with the Y-noT Project logo.
Even if you don’t play, come out and watch the fun! We also need lots of general volunteers and umpires, so please consider helping out for a couple of hours (or more!). We will have music all day, plenty of great food, and an amazing raffle and silent auction.
